About HKSHM

Dr. Lee Shiu Hung (middle), the then Deputy Director of the former Medical and Health Department, announced the formation of the Committee on Education and Publicity on AIDS (CEPAIDS) at a press conference in 1987. CEPAIDS was set up to coordinate local AIDS publicity and education programmes.
